Key Responsibilities- Student Counseling and Support:
- Counsel students to understand their academic aspirations, qualifications, and career goals.
- Provide tailored guidance on university selection and academic programs based on students' profiles.
- Assist students in preparing for interviews and submitting admission documents.
- Admissions Process Management:
- Screen, evaluate, and maintain academic profiles of prospective candidates.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline through assessments, interviews, and documentation.
- Collaborate with university admissions teams to ensure smooth application and onboarding processes.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, academic requirements, visa regulations, and skill shortages in the UK education sector.
- Provide insights to refine recruitment strategies and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK universities, ensuring access to the latest academic programs and requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for students, universities, and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline and optimize the admissions process to reduce time and resource expenditure.
- Support other team members by taking ownership of student placements, allowing them to focus on core business activities.
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s
- Proven experience in career counseling, admissions, or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of UK university academic programs, visa regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple profiles and tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
