As part of our expansion, we’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Property Deal Sourcers, working in one of the most exciting and fast-paced markets in the UK. Role Overview: Property Deal SourcerAs a Property Deal Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying lucrative property investment opportunities, building your network of agents and landlords, and securing deals that meet the needs of our investor clients. This is a commission-only, self-employed role — ideal for self-starters who are motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities

• Source BMV, off-market, and high-yield property deals in London and the UK
• Establish relationships with estate agents, landlords, and developers
• Conduct due diligence and analyse financial viability of each deal
• Package and present investment opportunities clearly to our investors
• Maintain consistent communication with both sellers and investors
• Meet monthly deal sourcing targets and build your portfolio

Requirements

• Passion for property investment and development
• Strong knowledge of the UK and London property market preferred
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Experience in property sourcing, sales, or lettings is beneficial
• You must be eligible to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates
