This is your opportunity to join a highly respected public hospital in regional Victoria, providing high‑quality maternity care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services.

We are seeking dedicated midwives who value holistic care, teamwork, and the chance to broaden their clinical exposure in a dynamic, community-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with obstetric, medical, and allied health teams to deliver safe, patient‑centred care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold public health service protocols.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support best-practice maternity standards.
  • Foster positive, compassionate, family-focused experiences for women and newborns.

Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife (or RN/RM).
  • Experience in antenatal, intrapartum, and/or postnatal care within an acute setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to excellence in maternal and neonatal care.

What’s on Offer
  • Competitive public health award salary packaging.
  • Supportive team culture with strong clinical leadership.
  • Ongoing training, development, and career progression pathways.
  • Relocation support or incentives
  • Visa Sponsorship for the right candidate
  • Opportunity to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of regional Victoria—community feel, lower cost of living, and great work-life balance.
