They are now scaling and looking to bring in experienced recruiters from the UK.
The database is extremely well developed, allowing you to ramp quickly and focus on billing.
The Opportunity

• Relocate to Brisbane
• Full visa sponsorship provided
• Cash advance and relocation support to make the move realistic
• Established contract desk with strong existing infrastructure
• High-volume Enterprise Software market (Microsoft ecosystem)

You’ll be working a contract desk with immediate access to live roles, an existing network, and a market that rewards pace and consistency.
Earning Potential

• Commission paid monthly on net contractor margin
• Starting at 15%, scaling up to 30% (tiered – you earn more as you bill more)
• Contractor retention bonus:
• 10+ contractors (6+ months): +$1,000/month
• Scaling up to $3,500/month at 25+ retained contractors
• Expected billings $400k plus (£200k) within 12-18 months

This structure heavily rewards consistent billers and those who build strong contractor books.
Who They’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience (360)
• Open on sector – tech experience helpful but not essential
• Strong billing track record - contract is ideal but perm recruiters who like pace will be considered
• Confident, phone-based recruiters who execute
