We're independent, and we build a restaurant to last, not to chase trends.We're looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen into its next chapter.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who wants real ownership of a kitchen. You'll shape the menu, run every service and set the standard on every plate that leaves the pass. Just as importantly, you'll build and mentor the team — creating a kitchen culture people want to be part of and stay in.We're open to two kinds of chef: an established Head Chef ready for their next challenge, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up into their first head role. • Experience in a highly regarded restaurant — hatted is ideal
• Head Chef experience, or a Sous Chef ready to step up into the role
• A strong grounding in South East Asian cooking and ingredients
• Leadership built on respect — we take how our kitchen feels to work in as seriously as what it sends out
• Commercial sharpness — you can plan a menu, write a roster, cost a dish and hit a food cost without cutting corners
• High standards, consistency and a genuine passion for produce and flavour
