- Uncapped commission up to 50%, paid monthly on the 15th — no holdbacks

You'll fit if you- Have 2–3+ years' agency labour hire or recruitment experience and a billing history — or you're hungry, with sales/industry experience and the drive to learn
- Can sign terms and grow an account, not just hold it
- Are strong on the phone, commercially sharp and comfortable on site
- A construction, civil or trades background is a bonus, not a must. Visa sponsorship is available for the right person.
