Visual Merchandiser

Position Overview:Entoto Artisan is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance our brand presence and attract customers through compelling visual displays. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative merchandising concepts that reflect our artistic ethos and maximize product sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating visual displays in-store and online that showcase our products effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional displays for seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct regular assessments of visual merchandising strategies and adjust as needed to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in visual merchandising and retail design.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related role in retail or fashion.
• Strong artistic sensibility with an eye for detail and design.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a basic understanding of retail marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
