Position AvailableDue to our current full-time chef leaving for a new challenge, we are hiring a chef to support our Roll making and Hot Food section (and roll making where needed).Our recipes are well-structured and standardised, and you will work closely with our store manager to run the hot food section smoothly and consistently.We welcome chefs who value respect, avoid unnecessary conflict, and enjoy working in a supportive team environment.✅ Visa support may be available for suitable candidates, including SID transfer.
(We have experience with SID processing, and we have successfully completed transfers at another site.)We are a growing company and are preparing to open our third store by late March. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow long-term with us—from store operations and management, to a future vision of leading or operating future locations.Work Details
  • Location: Bracken Ridge, QLD 4011
  • Position: Roll Maker / Hot Food Chef
  • Employment type: Full-time, 5 days per week, around 43 hours/week

Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year kitchen experience
  • Basic conversational English (simple communication with floor staff)
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Responsible and reliable work attitude
  • Willing to follow company manuals and standards
  • Keeps a clean and organised work environment
  • Must hold a valid visa with legal working rights in Australia

Employment Conditions
  • Start: ASAP
  • Initial period: 2 weeks on casual rates, then conversion to Full-time contract
  • (Salary negotiable, paid leave included, and compliant with Australian workplace laws)
