As part of our internal workforce development, we are now advertising for Carpenters to support the promotion and transition of experienced precast workers into this skilled trade role. About the Role This is a great opportunity for experienced workers to step up into a Carpenter role and continue delivering high-quality work within our precast and construction teams. The position involves constructing and installing formwork and frameworks for concrete, with a strong focus on precast concrete components. Key Responsibilities: ● Read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans ● Build, assemble and strip formwork and falsework ● Assist in casting, handling, and installing precast concrete elements ● Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently ● Maintain high safety and quality standards across all work Requirements – Skills & Experience To be eligible for this role, candidates must have: ✔️ 5-7 years of relevant carpentry experience or a Bachelor's degree in Carpentry All applicants currently being considered have prior precast concrete experience, and this role offers them a clear career pathway into the carpentry trade.
