Frontend Developer

Fast-growing, profitable voice AI startup (Y Combinator backed) — scaled from $5M to $60M ARR in a year with just 40 people. Hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a small, high-ownership team reporting directly to the CTO.
What you'll do:

• Build and ship React-heavy features end-to-end (dashboards, analytics, prompt management)
• Write production-grade React and TypeScript — no AI-assisted coding
• Own frontend architecture decisions in a fast-paced startup environment
• Work directly with customers to turn feedback into UX improvements

What we're looking for:

• Expert- level React skills — can code React without AI
• Production TypeScript and Node. js experience
• CS degree from a top-50 university (or equivalent standout startup/big tech background)
• Comfortable with a fast, intense pace and 5 days/week on-site

Compensation & perks:

• $200K-$300K base + competitive equity
