We are looking for a visionary and forward-thinking new graduate social worker to work with us to improve equity and health outcomes for tamariki (children) and rangatahi (youth) at Te Puawaitanga – covering the Manukau, Manurewa, Papakura & Franklin region. This position is responsible for providing a child, youth and family whanau centred safe and effective outcome focused social worker service within an interdisciplinary team setting. With an emphasis on conducting community-based assessments and providing both individual and group-based therapeutic interventions.
