Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and enhance our digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, technical skills, and creative thinking to optimise our online offerings. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilise SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Create engaging copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure website functionality and resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including logistics partners and digital marketing agencies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices for optimising online content.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail in written communication.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies to engage customers effectively.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and market analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
