Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilise SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Create engaging copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure website functionality and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Monitor performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including logistics partners and digital marketing agencies.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
Requirements- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices for optimising online content.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail in written communication.
