Role Overview High-impact frontend engineering role responsible for transforming complex AI-driven logistics workflows into intuitive, high-performance product experiences. You will own frontend architecture and define standards that enable rapid scaling. Core Responsibilities

• Architect and lead frontend systems for real-time, data-intensive dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Build human-in-the-loop AI interfaces that make automated workflows transparent and explainable
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping to production monitoring
• Define technical direction and mentor engineers
• Ensure high uptime and reliability across complex logistics workflows
• Work directly with founders and customers to rapidly iterate and ship features

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React with complex state management
• Strong backend familiarity with Python and advanced PostgreSQL
• Proven startup experience with real product impact
• Builder mindset with bias toward shipping
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco

• Experience integrating AI APIs or document extraction systems
• Background from top academic institutions
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise workflow platforms
