The worker will use standard agricultural tools and methods to conduct in-field evaluations and will record data accurately for later analysis. Based on findings, the worker may assist in preparing reports that inform crop management decisions such as fertilization, pesticide application, and planting strategies. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking long distances across fields. Workers will be trained upon arrival to perform all tasks to company standards. These services are essential during the agricultural season, which typically spans from late February through November, with actual timing dependent on weather and crop cycles. The role supports precision agriculture practices by providing timely and accurate field data critical to optimizing yields and sustainability. The worker may also support general agronomic consulting functions under supervision. The job is seasonal in nature and depends on crop cycles, with no work available during the off-season.
