Panel Beater / Panel Technician – Visa Sponsorship

We are a fast-growing accident repair centre delivering high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs. Due to expansion, we are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our workshop team.Skilled Worker sponsorship is available for suitable candidates currently residing in the UK and eligible under Home Office guidelines.Responsibilities

• Carry out structural and cosmetic body repairs
• Jig work and alignment
• Panel replacement and metal finishing
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards
• Work closely with estimators and paint department

Requirements

• Proven experience as a panel beater (minimum 3 years)
• Experience with modern repair techniques
• Ability to work to high standards under pressure
• Skilled Worker visa eligibility (if sponsorship required)
