Civil Project Engineer - Major Infrastructure Project | Taranaki Region

I'm seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to take a key role on a large-scale earthworks-focused infrastructure project in the beautiful Taranaki region. This is your opportunity to bring your engineering expertise and leadership skills to a project that truly makes an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day delivery of major earthworks and civil construction activities
• Leading and supporting site teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinating with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
• Monitoring progress, budgets, and programme to achieve strong commercial outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with engineering and environmental standards

What we're looking for:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Proven experience in earthworks or large-scale civil construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills - confident managing teams on the ground
• Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Eligible to work in New Zealand (relocation and visa support provided)
• A New Year start at the latest
