Store Manager / Cafe Manager

Soul Origin Tea Tree Plaza is currently seeking Store Manager to join the team! Your New PositionReporting to the Area Coach and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen based team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

• Reviewing sales and COGs to ensure growth and profitability
• Maintaining stock levels
• Assisting with recruitment and training needs
• Creating rosters and approving timesheets
• Executing marketing initiatives and identifying upselling opportunities
• Engaging and leading the team
• Resolving escalated customer enquiries
• Mentoring up-and-coming team members and ensuring the successful operation of the store at all times

What You’ll Need to SucceedThe successful applicant will possess the following:

• A minimum of TWO YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Manager
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays
• Available for early starts
• A current Food Safety Certificate and some knowledge of specialty coffee
