In this fast-paced position, you will be the absolute engine room of our office—supporting our senior brokers and advisers to ensure client files move seamlessly from initial meeting through to settlement or policy issuance.This role balances client communication, strict regulatory compliance, and complex administrative application pipelines. If you have an eye for accuracy and love a role where no two days are the same, we would love to have you onboard. Key Responsibilities:Application Pipeline Management: Prepare, review, and lodge high-quality applications (mortgage, insurance, or investment) with banks and underwriters, ensuring zero missing data.Lender & Provider Liaison: Actively follow up with lenders, insurance providers, and third-party stakeholders to track application progress and resolve any queries quickly.Client Communication: Serve as a friendly, reassuring contact point for clients, gathering outstanding documents and keeping them updated on their application milestone progress.Compliance Verification: Ensure all client interactions, files, and advice documentation strictly meet financial advisory compliance regulations (FMA standards) and internal policies.CRM & Records Management: Maintain flawless, up-to-date client files and pipeline trackers within our CRM platform. What We Are Looking For:Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience within a mortgage brokerage, insurance firm, bank, or financial planning practice.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the New Zealand financial services landscape.High Attention to Detail: Spotting a missing signature or an inconsistent bank statement detail should be second nature to you.Tech Literacy: Strong proficiency in modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Trail, or finPOWER) alongside advanced Microsoft Office skills.Pay: From $5,200.00 per monthBenefits:
