Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare environment. This role includes professional development, clinical advancement, and hands-on learning through a structured mentorship and training program.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Orientation Program- 12–13 week structured onboarding with hands-on clinical training
- Dedicated mentorship and ongoing performance assessments
- Skill development designed to build confidence in a fast-paced clinical setting
