This role includes professional development, clinical advancement, and hands-on learning through a structured mentorship and training program. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Orientation Program

• 12–13 week structured onboarding with hands-on clinical training
• Dedicated mentorship and ongoing performance assessments
• Skill development designed to build confidence in a fast-paced clinical setting
