Purpose of the role:
Weare seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic teaching professional whocan work as part of our dedicated and exceptional team. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate the ability to meet the Teachers' Standards. As a middle leader you will be expected uphold high standards of student attainment and achievement within the curriculum area in line with national and school policies/priorities. This will include leading, developing and managing the quality of teaching;
monitoring and supporting student progress to ensure strong outcomes are attained.
As a professional working in a Catholic School, you will be expected toenhance the life of the school by delivering and developing high quality teaching and learning, contributing to the work of the teams of teaching and support staff, being reflective about your own practice and effectiveness: sharing with, and learning from the work of others, and constantly seeking ways toimprove through
innovation and research.
