Shift Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our café team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident on the coffee machine, great with people, and ready to take the lead during shifts. Visa support available for the right candidate. We are an accredited employer. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and lead the team during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food/beverage quality
• Open and close the café as required
• Train and support junior staff
• Handle any issues that arise during service calmly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and positive working environment

Requirements:

• Previous café experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Confident and skilled barista – must be able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
