Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, maintain high customer service standards, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Manage restaurant operations, supervise front-of-house staff, coordinate with kitchen management, handle customer feedback, prepare rosters, monitor stock, control costs, oversee POS/cash handling, and ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS, and workplace standards.
Requirements:Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, customer-focused attitude, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Experience with Indian cuisine, POS systems, rostering, stock control, or a hospitality qualification will be highly regarded.
