Begin date: 2/20/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 2 Job Duties: We need a seasonal employee to assist with our crop production season. We grow corn, soybeans and sweet corn. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. We also need employees to assist with our calving season. Our cows calve March through May and the fall group calve August through October. In The non-H2A months of January and February the cows are out in the fields and no extra labor is needed. Employees will need to assist with calving, birthing and deliveries and checking on cattle during the calving season. Job duties will include: drive trucks, tractors, and other equipment to distribute feed to animals, feed and water livestock and monitor food and water supplies, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences, clean equipment or facilities, operate farming equipment, transport animals, crops, or equipment. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
