Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Overview
We are looking for a marketing professional who understands the UK real estate market and the digital habits of Chinese investors. You will lead our content strategy across social media platforms (Red/Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, Facebook) and assist in organizing high-end offline events. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s official accounts on Red (小红书), WeChat Official Account (公众号), and Video Accounts (视频号). Develop engaging content strategies to increase followers and leads.
• Content Creation: Write high-quality, original articles and posts regarding the London property market, investment analysis, and lifestyle guides in Chinese.
• Visual & Video Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers) and produce short-form videos for social media promotion.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing offline property exhibitions, investment seminars, and client networking events in London.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create promotional campaigns for specific property developments.

Experience

• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (Simplified/Traditional) and Fluent English is a MUST. You need to communicate effectively with both Chinese clients and local UK partners.
• Experience: Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Content Operation, or Social Media Management. Experience in the UK Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the algorithms and user behaviors of Red (Xiaohongshu) and WeChat.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
