Product Specialist (Computer and IT related Products)

Location: Lake Oswego, OR New Dream Inc. is a fast-growing computer solutions and e-commerce company located in Wilsonville and Lake Oswego, OR. We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our Lake Oswego team. The main products we managed are computers and IT related products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment but can also thrive independently. The right candidate will bring flexibility, curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and ideally, knowledge of computer hardware. Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned brands or product categories (HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Dell, Monitors, etc.).
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Price and manage products effectively across various e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Maintain an accurate product catalog and research potential new products.
• Respond promptly to product replacement requests.
• Document product actions in company databases.
• Prepare weekly brand performance and promotional reports.
• Support and train new team members in advertising, product management, and administrative processes.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or science preferred. (Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of work experience.)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ office experience required; product or project management experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes for efficiency.
• Team-oriented, trustworthy, and professional.
• Experience interpreting financial reports or business metrics (preferred).
• Must provide two professional references (email and phone number).

Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour + Bonus
• Pre-employment: Drug and background screening required
• Sponsorship: H1B visa support available for international students
