Full Job Description: Education Advisor PI Art seeks to hire enthusiastic individuals for our Education Office to help us guide and counsel our students as they seek to expand their artistic skills. The Education advisors’ responsibilities will be to provide guidance in which courses the student will need to take to graduate as well as help organize the students’ academic records. Job Responsibilities may include: Portfolio prep Student Management- Portfolio consultation
- School admission consultation Assistant
- Upload student's work and report
- Portfolio Process management
- Help students to finish their work
- New Student Orientation
- Communication with Parents
Teacher Management- Teacher Scheduling: Private sessions, substitutes, class offers, etc
- Announcement Emails
Class Management- Enrollment check: for opening/closing class
- Course Evaluation: Data collecting, analyzing, sharing
- Classroom Organizing
- Student Service: Google classroom, Review Session, other supports
Team Jobs- Future program prep
- School visits
- Portfolio Review
- Teacher Recruiting
- Opening/closing classes
- School admission consultation Assistant
Minimum Requirements- Languages: English, Korean
- Able to use or adapt to use multiple computer programs and/or platforms including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Learning Management Systems, Slack, etc.
- MFA or BFA degree
Preferred Qualifications- Able to work in the U.S legally
- MFA or BFA degree with an Fine Art or related major
- Graduates from art universities in Korea are also eligible to apply
- Advanced skills in drawing & painting
- Background or Experience in Academic Discipline
- Experience serving as an academic advisor or counselor in Higher Education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LMS systems, Adobe, G-suite, Excel, and Word.
- Comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on a computer
- Reliable, patient, well organized and professional
