Air Conditioning Engineer

Be Cool Refrigeration is a growing London-based family business looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team covering Central London, M25 and surrounding counties. What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing, maintenance and PPM of air conditioning systems
• Fault diagnosis and repairs — strong diagnostic ability is essential
• Installation of single and multi-split systems
• Working across commercial client sites
• Completing accurate service documentation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' AC/refrigeration experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (required)
• F-Gas 2079 certification
• Full UK driving license
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Package & Benefits

• £40,000 – £45,000 door-to-door (DOE)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
