We are looking for a Tech Lead (C# & React.js) to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Lead the technical design and development of web applications using .NET and React;
• Define and maintain scalable architecture and development best practices;
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services using .NET / .NET Core;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions;
• Ensure implementation of web security standards and vulnerability mitigation practices;
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and release processes;
• Monitor and optimize web performance, including Core Web Vitals;
• Support implementation and integration of analytics, tag management, and consent tools.

Does it sound exciting?

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer;
• Minimum of 7 years of application development experience using the .NET framework;
• Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and the front-end ecosystem;
• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs;
• Experience with GitHub, GitFlow, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of web security policies, particularly CSP, OWASP, and vulnerability mitigation;
• Experience with web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals);
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS (Plus);
• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (Plus);
• Understanding of technical SEO (Plus);
• Experience managing cookies, tag managers, and consent management platforms (CMP) (Plus).
