Job Summary :
We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Business Analyst with strong experience in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, with a solid background in CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems. You’ll play a critical role in gathering requirements, driving system enhancements, and supporting complex pricing and quoting logic through CPQ platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze system and process requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Analyze, enhance, and support CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus) with a focus on product configuration, pricing rules, and quote automation.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and solution architects to deliver features and system improvements.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and production rollouts for CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
• Document user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical diagrams.
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure cross-system consistency.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to align project goals.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for live systems and assist with training and onboarding as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
• Experience with CPQ systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and integrated enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with pricing rules, discount structures, product bundles, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Proficient in writing user stories, functional specs, and test cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

•  CPQ certifications.
•  Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom fields, and approval
• processes.
•  Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or reporting tools.

Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience:
