Care Worker

Premier Homecare is a trusted provider of high-quality home care services for older people living in their own homes in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. We are hiring a carer to join the Trim Team. You can be based in Trim or in the surrounding areas.Our clients may need companionship and light support with meals or mobility, while others require more specialised care such as dementia support or end-of-life care.At the heart of our service is the understanding that our dedicated and professional carers are the true ambassadors of Premier Homecare.We are looking to hire full-time and part-time staff and offer a great working environment for suitable candidates.We offer:

• Full and Part time hours available
• €16 per hour during weekdays and €18 per hour on Sundays
• Paid Mileage
• Induction Training. Carer mentoring, Shadowing and Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients with kindness and respect
• Assist with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and mobility
• Help clients with their daily activities, offering support and companionship
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions. Maintain accurate care records
• Assist with light daily household tasks

Requirements:

• Previous care or support experience is a plus, but not essential - training will be provided
• Empathy, patience, reliable and a passion for helping others
• Full driving licence and own car required
• Full background check required
