About UsJoin a vibrant modern yakitori izakaya in the heart of Potts Point, opposite Kings Cross Station. We serve top-notch Japanese cuisine with a lively, social atmosphere. We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef or experienced chef (3+ years) who’s ready to make an impact in our kitchen.
The Role- Lead the grill and yakitori section alongside our Head Chef
- Create consistently delicious dishes and maintain kitchen standards
- Mentor junior staff and help cultivate a positive, high-energy team
- Contribute to the growth and success of our kitchen
