We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Private Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students across various age groups and learning needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering academic growth, confidence, and a love for learning. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' educational journeys. Duties

• Deliver customised tutoring sessions in specific subjects, tailored to individual student requirements
• Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to develop effective learning plans
• Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, including special education needs where applicable
• Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and challenges
• Create engaging and motivating learning environments that encourage active participation
• Track and record student progress regularly to inform future lesson planning

Skills

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, ideally with a background working with children or young learners
• Strong understanding of educational principles and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining concepts clearly and patiently
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, including those requiring special education support
• Organised with the capacity to plan lessons effectively and manage time efficiently
• Passionate about education and committed to supporting student success

Pay: £34,000.00-£48,000.00 per yearBenefits:
