What’s the role? This role will be focused on improving the customer service experience and convos infrastructure that enable Etsy to deliver efficient, high-quality, and scalable support to our buyers. The team for this role is an established squad at Etsy. Our mission is to provide accurate information, and satisfactory, prompt resolutions to members when they reach support or sellers in order to deliver positive and consistent outcomes for our customers and the greater Etsy community. All the members of this squad are experienced engineers at Etsy that will support you in your onboarding.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager, Seller Service. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Dublin office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What’s this team like at Etsy? The Seller Service squad is an established squad of experienced Etsy engineers. The team drives an ambitious roadmap of projects that impact the Customer Support Experience and our customers within the Etsy Community.
