Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns.
- Analyse customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a customer service role is desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
