Duties- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organisational targets within designated markets.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calls, meetings, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organisational objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback for senior management.
- Support bilingual clients by offering services in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Experience- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships through professional rapport and trust-building techniques.
