About This Team
The Product Engagement and Operations team at lululemon supports in building and executing events, activations, communications, and operational support across the Product organization to enable and drive internal engagement. The team works cross-functionally across various business units and key stakeholders to produce engagement and communication strategies that inform, inspire, and connect our global teams.
a day in the life
The Product Events Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and projects that drive engagement across all regional offices. This person is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on planner, working independently and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that support the company’s long-term goals.
- Event Strategy and Execution: Lead all phases of assigned product events, from initial planning and strategic design through to execution and post-event follow-up. Ensure all events align with business objectives, and deliver impactful experiences while staying on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop event briefs, align on event goals, and execute initiatives that foster engagement and alignment across the organization. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on deliverables.
- Process Improvement and Engagement: Leverage a deep understanding of current processes, operational workflows, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the planning, implementation, and adoption of new engagement processes and initiatives, ensuring that employees are informed, inspired, and connected.
- Project Management and Risk Mitigation: Develop detailed project plans, including Workback Schedules, timelines, and production schedules for all events. Actively monitor progress, manage changes to scope, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track. Provide regular updates to the Product Events Manager and other cross-functional leaders.
- Budget and Resource Management: Own the event budget, ensuring that all projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track expenses, manage vendor relationships, and submit expense reports in accordance with timelines. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maintain a heads-up approach to identify any potential budget or resource issues in advance.
- Event Communication and Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Communications team to integrate key messaging into event assets. After each event, create detailed wrap-up reports that include performance metrics, survey results, successes, and opportunities for future improvements.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in event management or project management, preferably in an apparel retail environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in creating and managing event briefs, workback plans and budgets.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs, experience with Smartsheet an asset.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, critical thinker, intellectually curious, and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines,manage competing priorities, and deliver a high-quality product under tight deadlines – Multi-tasking is second nature.
- Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing live, virtual, or hybrid events.
- Strong logistical skills, with experience managing event details like venues, vendors, catering, and audio-visual setups.
- Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment, with a passion for cross-functional engagement, enrollment and alignment.
- Creative, with a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life, and a sense of fun that makes every event memorable and engaging.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
