Job Description Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing sales revenue and market share within the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and opening new accounts. The position acts as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and is crucial for driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within their assigned region. Job Description: Position Summary The Sales Representative at Vivace is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth and effective sales process from lead generation to closing. The Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and supporting Vivace’s overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, research, and qualify new leads and business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers through in-person visits, outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and open new accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Vivace products and solutions.
  • Present, explain, and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and competing products in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, MSS, Operations, and Logistics) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and in-store or regional sales events.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Korean) preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
