seeks nine (9) full-time Temporary Room Attendant who will be

Responsible For

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to making

beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping closets and housekeeping vans daily
  • Dispose of trash, recyclables and food waste
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and

efficient manner

3 months of successful experience at restaurant, hotel, resort, private

club, timeshare, or other hospitality business requiring cleaning or

customer service duties.

Workers are assigned to one (1) worksite per day and will not travel

outside of their assigned worksite. Daily commuting time to worksites is

less than one (1) hour.

Daily transportation is provided to and from worksite.

On-the-job training is provided.
  • Wage:** Guaranteed prevailing wage rate of \$17.55 per hour, paid

bi-weekly. Overtime is available and guaranteed at no less than \$26.33

per hour.
  • Schedule:** 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include

evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week

from Monday through Sunday. Work hours and shifts vary.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.

Federal requirements of employer for workers hired with H-2B Visa

authorization and all corresponding U.S. workers. Company will consider

all qualified candidates. Company is willing to facilitate **optional**

housing accommodations through a third party to candidates hired who

reside 100 miles or more outside of the work location and are willing to

temporarily relocate to the work location. Housing is limited to the

period of time of temporary employment which is no more than the

certified work period and is on a first come first serve basis. Cost of

housing, if accepted, is up to \$125 per week payable to third party

housing provider. If housing is utilized, an agreement for housing will

be required with the third-party provider. A security deposit of up to

\$500 is required.

All deductions from paycheck will be made in accordance with and as

required by law including but not limited proper deduction to ensure

wages do not improperly fall below prevailing wage.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will

pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and

subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon

completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed

earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker?????s reasonable costs

of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the

worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not

return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer

will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable

inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek.

The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all

reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last

workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be

equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the

distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of

\$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with

receipts.???

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least

three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total

employment period.

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and

equipment required to perform t e job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa

processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those

mandated by government (excluding passport fees).
