We are seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of UWE Bristol’s patient-facing clinics (excluding the Vision Clinic), ensuring excellent standards of care, operational efficiency, and an outstanding experience for students, staff, and patients.

About The Role
You will:
- Lead and manage the delivery of our patient-facing clinics, supporting staff and students to deliver safe, high-quality clinical practice.
- Oversee resources, systems, and finances to ensure smooth, efficient, and sustainable clinic operations.
- Shape and deliver a forward-looking strategy to grow our clinic provision, working with academic programme teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop policies, processes, and innovations that enhance patient care and student learning.

We’re seeking a dynamic professional with:
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with experience of managing staff in a complex environment.
- Experience of finance, resource, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across academic, clinical, and professional teams.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality services and driving innovation.

This post is based at our Glenside Campus which is set within beautiful grounds in Stapleton, just three miles north east of Bristol City Centre.

This is a full time, fixed-term post until for 24 months, working 37 hours per week.
