• Manage and grow assigned retail customer accounts
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with store owners and purchasing teams
• Promote our full range of Indian grocery products and introduce new items
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries
• Follow up on payments, credit notes, and account‑related queries
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Conduct regular store visits, calls, and follow‑ups
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and admin teams
• Prepare basic sales reports and share market insights with management

Mandatory Requirements

• Grocery sales knowledge and experience is essential
• Strong understanding of Indian grocery products and retail buying patterns
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and organised
• Valid driver’s licence
