What is this challenge about
-Proactively define technical solutions in collaboration with technical teams (architecture, cyber, integration, etc.);
-Collaborate in designing functional diagrams that support decision-making and serve as the foundation for the technical solution;
-Follow up on developments, quality deployments, and coordination of integrated testing;
-Coordinate UATs with the business before go-live, for projects and other developments;
-Prepare relevant information for the analysis teams;
-Request effort and cost estimates from the technical teams;
-Act as an escalation point for operational incidents related to the platforms in this area;
-Manage incident priorities based on criticality and the number of users affected;
-Regularly monitor the progress of incident resolution.

What we are looking for
-At least 2 years of experience with similar roles;
-Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field;
-Experience in incident analysis, resolution, and management;
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience with technologies such as Flutter and MERN (mandatory); SQL and Java (optional);
-Ability to analyze system documentation and architecture;
-Knowledge and analytical understanding of the digital ecosystem and its various components (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.);
-Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
-Spanish language skills are a plus;
-Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
