We are expanding our team and seeking three skilled Barbers to join our busy Melbourne shops.We welcome applications from both Australian residents and suitably qualified overseas applicants who possess the required skills and experience. Position summary:The Qualified Barber will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional barbering services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer satisfaction, and workplace professionalism. The successful applicant will contribute to creating a positive client experience and help maintain the reputation of Fade Game pty ltd as a leading barber shop. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality men's haircuts, skin fades, tapers, clipper cuts, and scissor cuts.
• Perform beard trimming, beard shaping, hot towel shaves, and facial grooming services.
• Consult with clients to understand their styling needs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Sterilise barbering equipment in accordance with Australian health and safety standards.
• Manage walk-ins and appointments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records where required.
• Maintain professional presentation at all times.
• Comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

skills and Experience Required

• Recognised qualification in Barbering or Hairdressing.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Barber.
• Strong skills in Fades, Moderncuts, beard shaping and razor techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understand ing of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional attitude with excellent time management skills.
