Speech Pathologists – Grad to Lead | NDIS | Hybrid | WA Perth (NOR & SOR) | Multiple roles available

We’re recruiting Speech Pathologists at all levels to join supportive, clinician-led teams delivering high-quality NDIS services across WA. Opportunities available for graduates, experienced, senior and lead clinicians.

Roles Include:

Speech Pathologist 📍 Joondalup / Midland / Fremantle

• $78K + super + salary packaging
• Open to new graduates
• Community and clinic-based (primarily community)
• Multidisciplinary team environment
• Visa sponsorship considered; experienced clinicians can request tailored caseloads

Speech Pathologist 📍 Bibra Lake + Metro Perth outreach

• $90K–$130K + super + bonuses + relocation/sign-on support
• Full-time, hybrid role (WFH admin days)
• Caseload across lifespan (NDIS, DVA, private, Medicare)
• $5K PD + study leave + wellness days + paid travel
• SPA registration + driver’s licence + NDIS screening required

Speech Pathologist – Community / Hybrid 📍 Rockingham/Mandurah

• $78.5K–$110K+ + super
• Paediatric-focused caseload (mostly NDIS)
• Hybrid/community role with school & clinic visits
• Grad program, mentoring, PD + flexible working
• SPA eligibility, driver’s licence, full working rights required

Senior Speech Pathologist – NDIS 📍 Joondalup & Ellenbrook

• Competitive senior salary + strong PD support
• Community-based, lifespan caseload (NDIS)
• Work with complex needs incl. AAC
• Multidisciplinary team with established referrals
• 2+ years’ experience + SPA + clearances required

Speech Pathologist 📍 South Perth

• $80K–$110K + super + visa sponsorship available
• Community and/or clinic-based role
• Tailored caseload across paediatric and adult clients
• Focus on neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, TBI, neurodegenerative disorders)
• Supportive team with flexible caseload design
