• Completing assessment (functional, workplace, ADL, ergonomic etc)
• Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
• Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
• Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)

To be considered, its essential you are a qualified OT with your degree ideally being completed in the UK, Ireland or Canada due to timeframes it takes to register as an OT in Australia. You'll also have a strong interest in Workplace Rehabilitation and Injury Management and a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in any OT field. Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly advantageous but not required in all instances. We have opportunities in a variety of large regional towns across the country. Salary range is between AUD $85,000 - $95,000 + super + quarterly bonus + VISA sponsorship and some relocation assistance. You will need to obtain a car within a few months of arriving but can also choose a lease option (at your expense) through the company.
