Over the past seven years, the business has expanded across four countries, facilitating more than 9,000 stays and generating over £3 million in host earnings. London is now its fastest-growing city, scaling organically at twice the pace of previous launches, with no traditional marketing spend and a lean founding team.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Founding Marketplace Generalist to join as one of the earliest team members and play a central role in building and operating the London marketplace.This is a high-impact, hands-on position embedded at the heart of the business. You will work directly with the founding team and take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring strong liquidity between hosts and guests while delivering an exceptional member experience.
The role is office-based in London, five days per week up to 12 hrs, with high expectations around commitment and ownership. The environment is intense, ambitious, and mission-driven, suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced early-stage settings.
Responsibilities- Operate and optimise the day-to-day performance of the marketplace
- Ensure seamless matching between hosts and guests
- Deliver high-touch community engagement and support
- Identify gaps in supply or demand and implement corrective action
- Analyse behavioural and marketplace trends to inform growth decisions
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to improve automation
- Handle urgent operational issues decisively
- Contribute to scaling processes and infrastructure as the team grows
RequirementsThere are no strict technical prerequisites; however, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Compensation & Benefits- £120k total compensation: £40k base salary + Early-stage equity package
