The Adult Community Mental Health service provides clinical support to adult case managed consumers residing in the shires of Moira, Strathbogie, Mitchell, Murrindindi and the City of Greater Shepparton. This position is ideally suited to a dynamic and energetic individual who will provide strategic and operational leadership and oversee a range of programs. The Adult Mental Health Community Team Manager is responsible for managing all the day to day aspects of the multi-disciplinary team including rosters, caseload monitoring and review, outcome measurement and the achievement of Health Service Agreement targets and key performance indicators.
