Tasks include: * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to set recipes and standards. * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent. * Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety and hygiene rules. * Check stock, order supplies, and store food properly. * Work with other kitchen staff to make sure meals are ready on time. * Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues. * Assist in training and guiding junior staff when needed.
