Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the store
• Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve performance targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or complaints
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control
• Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, and store opening/closing duties
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail supervisory role
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems and general computer literacy
• Certificate IV or higher in Retail Management (preferred but not required)
• Availability to work on weekends and during peak retail periods
