The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for multiple Mental Health Clinician roles within a public hospital in Regional Victoria, across:

• Crisis Assessment & Response Team
• Intake & Triage
• Case Management
• Youth Mental Health
• HOPE (Hospital Outreach Post-Suicidal Engagement) Clinic

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.   
About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments & clinical formulations
• Deliver case management and structured therapeutic interventions
• Provide crisis assessment, risk formulation & acute care management
• Coordinate care with consumers, families, GPs & community services
• Contribute to clinical governance and MDT reviews

You’ll play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, helping them achieve recovery, independence, and improved wellbeing.   
What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Community Mental Health (AU/NZ preferred)
• Strong background in Case management or Triage & intake or Crisis / acute mental health
• Experience in risk assessment, care planning & clinical decision-making
• Confident working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for recovery-oriented, person-centred care
