Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Overview
We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate agency based in London, specializing in residential sales. We are currently seeking an ambitious, target-driven Mandarin Speaking Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. Whether you are an experienced agent or a driven individual looking to start a career in property, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

• Registering new applicants and building strong relationships with potential buyers/investors.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Managing the sales progression process, liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Generating new business leads and conducting market appraisals.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining the company’s reputation.

Experience

• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (Simplified/Traditional) and Fluent English is a MUST. You need to communicate effectively with both Chinese clients and local UK partners.
• Experience: Previous experience in property sales or a sales-focused role is preferred, but we welcome ambitious trainees with the right attitude.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, money-hungry, and resilient. You must thrive in a target-driven environment.
